Our Story
Welcome to Westport School. We are a school for kids ages 6 weeks to 12 years, and we have been operating for the past 31 years. We opened in 1990 and today, we continue to expand and provide social, academic, and physical developmental programs for kids in St. Louis, Missouri.
We encourage creativity, discovery, and exploration in a developmental learning environment for all our students. Our staff of all have a background in early childhood education. They create our lesson plans, implement them, and provide a nurturing, caring, and encouraging environment for our students. Our staff is also infant-child CPR certified, which they have to comply with annually. We are devoted to providing our kids with the best teachers in St. Louis, who continuously develop up-to-date modalities through advanced developments in teaching and learning for early childhood development.
Our staff is known for being caring and nurturing. We have small group settings that enable our staff to provide individualized attention. We also have a strong focus on teacher-parent communication and involvement, as we have an open-door policy and encourage parents to take part in their children’s learning and development.
